Gully Slice & Grill serves shawarma kebab rolls from our shop on Burwood Highway, Upper Ferntree Gully. Every roll is made to order with meat shaved fresh off the spit, wrapped in Lebanese bread with salad and your choice of sauces.
We offer lamb, chicken, mixed meat, and falafel kebabs. All meat is halal certified. Available for dine-in, takeaway, or delivery through Uber Eats and DoorDash.

Our kebab meat cooks on a vertical spit throughout the day. When you order, we shave the meat fresh and build your roll right then. Nothing is pre-cut, pre-wrapped, or sitting in a bain-marie.
The lamb is seasoned with traditional Middle Eastern spices. The chicken is marinated and layered on the spit for a mix of crispy outer pieces and tender inner meat.
For falafel, we use ground chickpeas mixed with herbs and spices, shaped and fried to order. Crispy outside, soft inside.
Every roll is wrapped in soft Lebanese bread with fresh lettuce, diced tomato, sliced onion, and three sauces of your choice.
